Two questions land in our inbox every week: do you only work in New York, and do you work with this or that store type. Short answers: no, and almost certainly yes. Here is why.

Every service business gets its recurring questions. Ours come in pairs. "Do you only do NYC?" and "Do you work with coffee shops?" Or wine shops. Or pet stores. Or med spas. The store type changes weekly. The underlying question is the same one: is your network big enough to include me?
The honest answer is that we do not have a network. And that is the entire point.
Most wholesale help comes with a fixed set of relationships: a rep with contacts in one region, a broker deep in one category, a marketplace with whoever happened to sign up. All genuinely useful, and all capped by the same ceiling. Your reach ends where their list ends.
We start from the opposite end. Our data covers essentially every local business in the United States, and your buyer list does not exist until your brand needs it. A protein brand comes in: we pull every gym. A hot sauce brand: butcher shops, delis, specialty grocers. A skincare brand: salons and med spas. The list is built from scratch, for your product, at kick off.
"Do you cover coffee shops in Denver?" gets an honest look at the rolodex. If the relationships are there, yes. If not, you get a polite maybe, a referral, or a stretch. The network's edges quietly become your growth plan's edges, and nobody says it out loud.
"Do you cover coffee shops in Denver?" means: do coffee shops exist in Denver? They do, a few hundred of them. We pull them, qualify them by menu and reviews, and your wave reaches every one that fits. The question stops being about coverage and becomes about fit, which is the only question that should decide anything.
Gyms. Health food stores. Juice bars. Butcher shops. Wine shops. Cafes and coffee shops. Specialty tea shops. Salons and spas. Pet stores. Wellness clinics. Farmers market vendors. Restaurants. This is not a list of channels we could theoretically serve. It is the list from real waves for real brands, and it grows whenever a product needs a buyer type we have not mapped yet, which takes days, not quarters.
All 50 states. We can sweep the whole country at once or go city by city while you build density around your production. One brand's whole brief was "every gym in the US." That was the project. It worked.
Two questions decide it. Do you own a physical product with your brand on it? Could some type of business stock it wholesale? If both answers are yes, we can build your buyer list. That covers food, beverage, supplements, snacks, cosmetics, personal care, pet products, and most things with a shelf life and a barcode. If your product needs a category review at a national chain to sell anywhere, that is a different game and we will tell you so on the first call.
We run a free 14 day pilot: 500 buyers of your type, in your market, contacted for your brand, every response visible to you. If the fit is there, you will see it in replies, not projections. And yes, before you ask: coffee shops too.
